Go to Zoom.us
Sign in with your CDS Email using Google
Click "schedule a meeting"
Enter your information for the meeting. You can set a passcode and use a waiting room if you would like.
Once the meeting is created, you only need to copy and paste the URL (not the entire invitation)
Paste this link into the spreadsheet provided for the links.
If you used a passcode, the URL will have the passcode embedded within in. you will see "pwd" within the link address. See above
No matter what time you set your meeting for, you can start it at any time...just go to the "Meetings" section, find your meeting, and click start.
End the meeting after each conference concludes and restart for the next Zoom conference.
