In addition to using a web browser to access the CDS IT Help Desk, you can download the App on your iPad or iPhone mobile device and setup notifications (optional). The app makes it easy to submit support requests and monitor your ticket progress.
The App is available in the App Store by searching for: Zendesk
After installing the App, enter the following details on the first screen:
Then tap Continue.
Then tap Sign In with Google and enter your CDS Google Email credentials.
